My name is Devon Tingle, and I’m a passionate graphic designer and creative entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in visual content creation, brand consistency, and project management. Based in Ocean City, MD, I founded Devsigns LLC to bring innovative design solutions to businesses and individuals who are ready to elevate their branding and digital presence.

I hold a degree in Graphic Design and am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Web and Digital Design at the University of Maryland Global Campus, while broadening my expertise in marketing, communication, and economics. Always learning, always evolving. My expertise spans graphic design, web design, and digital branding, fueled by a deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of authenticity.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on diverse projects, including:

In addition to running Devsigns, I work as a Creative Director at Minuteman Press, contributing to small business marketing strategies and designing engaging print materials. I am a career mentor at the University of Maryland Global Campus. My professional journey has honed my ability to balance artistic creativity with business acumen and leadership skills, ensuring each project delivers real value to clients.

Design of itself is the foundation of my creative work. I believe design should be authentic, purposeful, and a true reflection of the story it tells. Every element from the colors to the typography should be intentional, existing not as a trend or imitation but as a unique expression of its own identity.

This philosophy drives my approach as a Creative Director, Career Mentor, and Innovator. To me, great design is born from understanding the essence of a project and allowing it to unfold naturally without forcing unnecessary elements or compromising its core.
